We are committed to our collaborators, promoting the education of their children

As part of our purpose as a company and our commitment to our employees, we support active programs that promote the education of their children, managed and promoted through the Vilaseca Foundation.

This institution, which was created in 1991, seeks to generate a positive impact on wellbeing, health, and the education of our collaborators and their families in order to strengthen their quality of life which allows them to contribute to the community.

In this regard, the children of Fadesa employees benefit from various programs and scholarships for students at all stages of their student life, from kindergarten through university.

School aged students can access the Learning Scholarship which provides them an economic incentive. 274 students have benefitted from this scholarship.

School aged students, children of our employees, have access to Achievement Recognition, where they receive economic incentives based on their academic average. 97 people benefit from this program.

Moreover,  they can access to the Digital Student Program which allows them to purchase computers with a 50% subsidy, contributing to the development of 24 students in this program.

Additionally, the best graduating students from each class receive a full scholarship at Benedict English Academy, which includes registration costs, monthly fees, as well as book and exam costs. Five children of Fadesa employees have received this recognition.

Regarding higher education, 11 university students receive financial aid which allows them to cover their university costs.

Therefore, in addition to manufacturing and supplying our customers with products of the highest quality standards, we are committed to those who make are the cornerstone to the achievement of our objectives: our employees and especially their families.
